Teams meeting game

Microsoft Teams Bingo

Play a free buzzword bingo card beside Microsoft Teams, from daily standups and status calls to all-hands, trainings, and QBRs.

Microsoft Teams bingo is a meeting bingo card built around the phrases people say on Teams calls. Bizword Bingo runs in your browser, so you do not install a Teams app, invite a bot, or add another service to the meeting.

How to play Teams bingo

  1. Open Bizword Bingo in Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  2. Choose WFH Meeting Classics for Teams-call phrases, Corporate Classics for office jargon, or a custom pack for your team.
  3. Keep Bizword Bingo open beside Teams, on a second monitor, or in another browser window.
  4. Mark cells manually as phrases are said, or start private on-device listening when your browser can capture the right audio source.
  5. When a card wins, copy or save the bingo card image and paste it into Teams chat.

Best audio mode for Teams

Teams setupUse this modeWhy
Teams in Chrome or EdgeMic + TabBest fit when you want the card to hear both the Teams tab and your own microphone.
Teams in a browser tab, headphones onTab audioGood when you only want the meeting tab counted and do not need room audio.
Teams desktop appMic only or manualThe browser usually cannot capture audio from the separate desktop Teams app directly.
Conference room Teams callMic only or manualThe device microphone can hear the room, but manual marking is better when the room is noisy or sensitive.

Privacy note: automatic listening runs locally in the browser with the Moonshine speech model. Meeting audio is not uploaded to Bizword Bingo. Always follow your team's meeting and device policies.

Teams bingo phrase ideas

The built-in WFH Meeting Classics pack already includes Teams-friendly squares such as "you're on mute," "can you hear me," "can you see my screen," "in the chat," "I have a hard stop," "who just joined," "background noise," "calendar invite," and "this meeting could have been an email."

For a company-specific Teams card, fork a built-in pack and add the phrases your own group repeats: project names, launch rituals, status colors, planning acronyms, recurring objections, or the exact leadership lines that appear every all-hands.

Share with teammates

Bizword Bingo does not require accounts or a lobby. If you want everyone using the same phrase list, create or fork a pack, then use Copy Share Link and paste that link into Teams chat. Each teammate can import the pack in their own browser and deal a randomized card.

After a win, the app can copy the completed card as a PNG so the result can be pasted back into chat. For quieter meetings, you can play privately and keep the joke to yourself.
