How to make a custom buzzword bingo card
- Open Bizword Bingo in Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Click + New Pack for a blank card, or choose a built-in pack and click Edit Pack to fork it.
- Name the pack for the meeting, class, event, webinar, team, client, or recurring call.
- Add at least 24 terms. Each row can include optional comma-separated patterns for aliases, abbreviations, or common variants.
- Save the pack, generate cards, and mark terms manually or use optional on-device automatic listening.
- Use Copy Share Link, Export JSON, or Import JSON when you want teammates to use the same pack.

Write terms the recognizer can catch
Use the exact words people say out loud. Short phrases such as "circle back" or "can you see my screen" usually work better than clever paraphrases. For acronyms, add patterns for both forms: for example, a display term of "ARR" can include patterns for "ARR" and "annual recurring revenue."
Custom packs need at least 24 terms because the center cell is free. More than 24 is useful: each card draws a randomized subset, so multiple players do not have identical boards.
Share custom packs without an account
Bizword Bingo does not use accounts or a server-side pack library. Custom packs are saved in your browser's local storage. When you copy a share link, the app compresses the pack into the URL hash. Someone who opens that link can import the pack in their own browser.
You can also export a pack as JSON for backup or import a JSON pack that someone sends you. That is useful for recurring meetings where the card improves over time.
Privacy and meeting fit
Custom terms stay local unless you export or share them. Optional automatic listening runs on-device with the Moonshine speech model in a browser Web Worker; audio is not uploaded to Bizword Bingo. Manual marking is always available when a meeting is too sensitive, noisy, or acronym-heavy for automatic detection.
